Users may request deletion of personal data collected through IOFIZ AI Bot, including WhatsApp conversation history, lead details, booking details, and related chatbot records.

How to Request Data Deletion

Information to Include

Please include the WhatsApp phone number used to contact the bot, your name if provided, and a short request asking us to delete your chatbot data.

Processing Time

We will review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, dispute, or legitimate business reasons.

What We Delete

Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize chatbot conversation records, booking records, lead capture details, and related stored data connected to the request.
